Mass Construction

The Fitness Ministry is training to increase our sense of well being and boost our physical fitness. Each Saturday will incorporate weight training for specific body parts as well as endurance and strength exercises. Our bodies are designed with muscle, however a life lived without developing and training that muscle leads to a body of diminishing muscle. Diminished muscles results in a loss in strength. Mass Construction will not only build strength, but will build muscle to ensure a strong body in order to fulfill God’s desire. We meet on Saturdays at 9am, at Gold’s Gym in Fort Walton Beach.
