Running for Reason

Running for Reason is about learning how to walk or run healthy distances. We will start with short distances and build our way up to 5k Run/Walk at your own pace. We are doing this to improve our cardiovascular health, overcome physical endurance barriers and fight common health risks. Plus!! All organized community 5k runs are events that raise money for nonprofit entities. For example: Wild Life Refuge, Breast Cancer Awareness, Juvenile Diabetes Research Association and several other national & local nonprofit organizations.

We meet Tuesday’s 6pm, at “Run with It” on Hwy 98.
