What are you weekend services like?
Each weekend at Gulf Coast City Church you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with exciting, contemporary worship music. A printed outline for notes and a large-screen Power Point presentation help you make the most of the practical and relevant message. Children are well-cared for in a loving, quality nursery and fun-filled City Kids service.
What will happen when I visit for the first time?
If you are visiting for the first time, we will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money. We understand that many people want to check out the church and “be anonymous” for awhile – and that’s fine with us! Pastor will ask at some point for guest to simply raise their hands where they are seated so that we can pass along to you some information about the church, but this is done very discreetly and without a great deal of fan fare. We invite you to come in, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and see if this is the church for you.
Where are you located?
The directions page offers maps to 218 Eglin Pkwy NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547, which is where we meet each Sunday.
Do you have a midweek service?
We do not have midweek services, but we do offer our Wednesday Evening Bible Study beginning at 7:00pm which takes place at our Pastor’s Home, 339 Shannon Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. If for some reason you are unable to join us live, you may also tune in live via our Live Streaming link!
What about my children?
At Gulf Coast City Church your children are a top priority. Our nursery is clean, safe, and staffed with loving workers who desire to serve you and your children. We offer a dynamic children’s ministry called City Kids as well as life-changing ministry to students from junior high and high school.
How can I meet others and get connected?
There are many ways to get involved. You can begin by attending our High 5 TRACK 1 membership class. City groups (small groups) are another great way to connect and build lasting relationships. In each of these, you can build friendships, learn more about the life of our church, and have the opportunity to grow in your faith.
How can I be discipled and grow?
Our sincere desire is to see you become a fully-devoted follower of Christ. Our H5 Growth TRACKS offer the tools necessary to make this happen in your life. From the initial decision to accept Jesus as your Lord to your involvement in life-changing ministry, we will lead you step-by-step from healing to growth and into leadership. Begin the process at our next TRACK 1 membership class.
Why do you have small groups?
Small groups are an important part of Gulf Coast City Church; in fact, you haven’t fully experienced the church until you’ve experienced one of our small groups. Groups allow you to meet other members and develop relationships that will spur your relationship with God. As Gulf Coast City Church grows, groups allow us to “stay small” and connected. Groups are available for all ages and interests – there’s bound to be one that’s just for you. Learn more about why we’re big on small groups, or find a group to visit in our directory.
How can I get involved in a small group?
One of the easiest things to do at Gulf Coast City Church is to participate in a small group. Groups meet throughout the Tri-county area and provide a place for worship, discipleship, fellowship, evangelism and ministry. Where ever you live, there’s a small group near you. Check out our online directory and visit a group this week.
