1. Send notices from the church

  • Send out church touch cards
  • Use the “Acts of Random Kindness” touch cards.
  • Put together follow-up packets with a sermon CD a personal greeting card, and a small personal devotional booklet (as an example).

2. Keep in contact with those who have been reached through our outreaches

  • Get them involved in a City Group
  • Encourage them to attend the H5 Growth TRACKS
  • Send them emails, text messages or give them a phone call just to encourage them.
  • Pray for them and their family regularly.
  • Invite them over for dinner on occasion.
  • Hold them accountable in their personal devotional life being sure they are reading the bible and spending quality time with the Lord in prayer.
  • Keep reminding them of what God has done and is doing in their life and what He has done in your life.

3. Reconnect with city officials to reassess needs and further info that can be gathered.

  • Contact local law enforcement agencies to reassess the increase or decline of criminal activity in the identified quadrants.
  • Reassess the health of commerce in the local community with the local business owners.
  • Check with job placement agencies to assess unemployment within the city.
  • Begin to mobilize qualified and prepared individuals for taking opportunity to run for political offices.
