Rotation (Release):

1. Train up new groups

• As new believers are born through the ministry of each quadrant team they need to become involved with that team. As that team doubles in size then multiply that team into two teams of seven so more ground can be covered in that quadrant until the whole quadrant is covered.
• New disciples will become new City Group leaders and Team leaders as they grow by the hand of those that disciple them.

2. Rotate teams to new quadrants in new areas or regions

• As more leaders grow take two or three strong leaders from a quadrant and join them with a small team from another area of our region and begin to duplicate this process in other areas of our region (i.e., Crestview, Santa Rosa Beach, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Panama City, etc.)
